Kelly Graham
Kelly is a partner of the firm, having graduated from Acadia University in 1988 and Queen's University and Faculty of Law in 1991. Kelly completed her articling term at the firm of Middlebro' & Stevens LLP and was called to the bar in 1993.
Kelly maintains a solid practice, chiefly in the Labour Relations and Employment Law areas. She also pursues Civil Litigation, Estate Administration and Real Estate matters and has amassed quite a vast experience throughout the years she has been in practice. Kelly frequently appears before both the Ontario and Federal Labour Relations Boards on such matters as Grievance Arbitrations, Board Proceedings, Collective Agreement negotiations and Certification Applications. Kelly has sat on the Board of Directors of both the Grey Bruce Health Services and the Community Care Access Centre in the past. She is currently the Secretary of the Community Foundation Grey Bruce and the President of the Owen Sound Skating Club. Kelly is also a member of the Zonta Club, an organization for professional women.
In addition to maintaining a fulltime practice, Kelly is the wife of a local Engineering Firm's President and they have four children. Kelly and her family enjoy long trips in the car visiting relatives and sightseeing the countryside of North America. Above all, she and her family enjoy fishing in the local area.
